Current assignments include acting for a number of funds, FMCG, engineering/robotics, professional services, agri/carbon, financial services, property and mining services companies, including a number of buy sides and sell sides, financing and equity raising assignments as well as straight corporate advisory / investor ready work.

One trend we are supporting is that funds and companies seeking to raise are looking for bespoke advice and capability as well as strong connections both locally and internationally to strategically support their businesses.  We hope everyone has a successful end to the year as we move into December.

The Family Harmony Project

An update from Peter Kakris, Director & Founder,
Head of Technology, LifeTech Balance Pty Ltd

"We have some exciting developments happening in ScreenCoach and we wanted to update the people we have worked with over the last few years.

We’re lucky to have had many people support ScreenCoach's mission to help children & families with this huge problem of too much screen time in families across the globe. Which is why our company name is LifeTech Balance, because life comes before technology.

The good news is that we now have our product in the market, available in the Apple App Stores and Google Play Stores. We are getting some great feedback coming in from across the world".

"At ScreenCoach, we’re addressing a real challenge for families: screen obsession in children. Our world-first, 3-in-1 solution supports and teaches children to self-manage their screen time, tasks, and pocket money through positive behaviour reinforcement.

We’ve created a unique system that helps families thrive together to prevent the daily battles over screens; you can see our slick short video & how it works video at myscreencoach.com"
